| Please fill out the registration form below and submit prior to class. Registration forms will also be available at the first class but please call to reserve your spot. Puppy Kindergarten has a limited, regulated amount of puppies ages 12-24 weeks (6 months) allowed in order for it to beneficial for you and your puppy. Overcrowded puppy kindergarten classes can be detrimental to your puppy and can cause fear, submissiveness and aggression. Classes will be monitored by a certified dog trainer to insure that this time is beneficial to your puppy's development and enjoyment! You can register and join us at any time. Older puppies will graduate to Basic Obedience |

VACCINE REQUIREMENTS
For the safety of all owners and pets please bring proof of current vaccines to the first play class, together with results of a clear fecal exam (see vaccines below). Please use a
flat buckle collar or well-fitting harness (no choke, pinch or prong collars allowed).
Vaccines that you should have:
8 weeks: Core Vaccines - Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis (some vets may also administer Adenovirus, Coronavirus, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza)
12 weeks: Core Vaccines - Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis (some vets may also administer Adenovirus, Coronavirus, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Bordetella)
16 weeks: Core Vaccines - Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Bordetella (some vets may also administer Adenovirus, Coronavirus, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza,
Lynes)

| IT IS IMPORTANT FOR A PUPPY'S DEVELOPMENT TO BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITH OTHER PUPPIES THEIR OWN AGE. RESEARCH HAS SHOWN THAT YOUNG PUPPIES WHO ARE SOCIALIZED WITH PROPER PUPPY PLAY, BEGINNING OBEDIENCE, FOLLOWED UP WITH OBEDIENCE TRAINING, BECOME MORE WELL-BALANCED, SOCIAL ADULT DOGS. DON'T LET THIS TIME GO BY IN YOUR PUPPY'S DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT GIVING THEM EVERY OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE - REMEMBER THEY ARE ONLY A PUPPY ONCE. |
